It is very satisfying for the Mexican ISSN Centre to belong to the ISSN Network, since the international cooperation received from all the members has allowed us to generate an adequate cataloguing of the serial publications published in Mexican territory and, with this, to provide a service of excellence to the publishing community.
Currently the activities of the National ISSN Centre in Mexico are carried out at the National Copyright Institute, a government organisation belonging to the Ministry of Culture. We are part of the Mexican Centre: Cyntia Ávila, Brenda Bautista, Yolanda Calderón, Mariana Martínez, Rosa Pineda, Angélica Ruíz, Karla Martínez and Alberto Arenas, the latter as head of the Centre, all of us directed by Karina Luján, Head of the National Copyright Institute, who gladly collaborate in the assignment of ISSN numbers for periodical publications in our country.
