1974 Regional ISDS Centre for CMEA countries is established in Moscow
1975 State Technical Library starts sending records of serials published in Czechoslovakia to CMEA information systems ASRPI, MARSI and to ISDS IC on worksheets. Regional ISDS Centre supplying ISDS blocks of numbers
1978 National ISDS Centre (Národní středisko ISDS) was formally established in the State Technical Library as part of Bibliographic Dept.
1990 Czechoslovak Standard CSN 010187 on ISSN is in effect
1993 Czech and Slovak Federation ends, Czech Republic continues as independent state, Czech National Centre ISDS is established; data transfer on diskettes
1993 State Technical Library and ISDS IC signed the Working Agreement; system changed name to ISSN Network; OSIRIS SW used for record creation
2001 Assignment to online resources starts
2004-2006 Participating in ISO 3297 standard revision as WG5 member (Eva Jeřábková); local SW used
2009 ISSN NC moves to new library premises, library changes name to National Library of Technology (NTK); ALEPH library SW used for records creation/management
2022 ISSN NC amalgamated with PID Centre as České národní centrum ISSN
2024 Accession to IC ISSN Statutes finally approved by the Czech Parliament
